物耗
物耗物资消耗的简称。指生产资料在生产、流通、消费过程中的消耗。物资消耗中包括了物资损耗,习惯上对构成产品实体的消耗直接称为消耗,而对不构成产品实体的部分称为损耗。例如,用钢材加工机床零件,这部分钢材就叫做消耗。在装卸运输中有一部分水泥发生了散失和飞扬,在保管过程中石油产品产生了部分挥发,这部分散失了的水泥和石油产品就叫做损耗。物资消耗与物资消费有相同的意义,是通用的概念,但习惯上对生产资料多称消耗,而对生活资料则多称消费。社会扩大再生产过程中有以下五种物资消耗:①构成产品实体的消耗。②零件加工过程中的损耗,如零件加工余量的损耗、金属加热过程中的炉耗等。③在零件加工准备过程中的损耗,如下料时产生的料头、料边损耗等。④物资保管过程中的损耗,如金属材料的锈蚀等。⑤物资在装卸、运输过程中的损耗,如易碎品的破碎和散装颗粒材料的散失及飞扬等。
