性质:单位电镀层表面上存在的孔隙数。即从镀层表面直至基体金属的大小孔道数。它是衡量镀层品质的重要指标。测定镀层孔隙率常用的方法有贴滤纸法、浇浸法和涂膏法等。这些方法的原理大致相同。如贴滤纸法,是在镀层表面上贴置浸有一定检测试液的滤纸。若镀层存在孔隙或裂缝,则检测试液通过孔隙或裂缝与基体金属或底层金属镀层产生化学反应,生成与镀层有明显色差的化合物并渗透到滤纸上,使之呈现出有色斑点,根据有色斑点数确定孔隙率。
