性质:深红色粉状,在浓硫酸中呈紫红色,稀释后转暗橙色;在浓硝酸中呈金黄色,稀释后转暗红色。水中溶解度(20℃)30g/L,其溶液呈红色,加1N氢氧化钠溶液仍为红色,继续加保险粉并温热,转淡黄色至无色,再加过硼酸钠不能回复于原来色泽。

制备方法:由间-(β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯)苯胺重氮化后,与R盐(2-萘酚-3,6-二磺酸盐)进行偶合,而后硫酸铜、乙酸钠及双氧水处理,得到铜铬合物,再经盐析、过滤、干燥等处理过程,而制得产品。原料消耗(kg/t)间-(β-羟乙砜基硫酸酯)苯胺(100%) 325R盐(100%) 350盐酸(31%) 1080亚硝酸钠(工业) 85纯碱(工业) 275烧碱(100%) 95硫酸铜 305乙酸钠 465双氧水 200氯化钾 3150

用途:用于棉、麻、粘胶、蚕丝、锦纶等纤维和织物的染色和印花。印染棉布用2D树脂整理,色光其本不变;用氰醛树脂整理棉布或脲醛树脂整粘胶织物,色光均微蓝。活性红KN-5R为蝉蓝光红色,与还原红F3B色光近似,牢度也较好,染色汶法比还染料简便,价格较低,可以代用。常与活性金黄M-G、活性艳蓝KN-R组成三原色,浸染、轧染各种浅色。
