性质:利用小球藻体内叶绿素含量与某除草剂浓度成负相关的原理,测定除草剂活性的生物测定法。方法为将单细胞小球藻(Chlorella vulgais)原液或藻种接种在培养液中,培养至旺盛生长,再将定量藻液移至存有培养液的三角瓶中培养24h,分离、存放后提取叶绿素,测定在665nm下的透光率,求出叶绿素含量,计算IC50值。
