用量用法：
1.口服：每次１２．５～２５ｍｇ，１日２～３次。 2.肌注：每次２．５％１～２ｍｌ（２５～５０ｍｇ）。 3.静注：因有刺激作用，不宜皮下注射。
不良反应： 不良反应有困倦、思睡、口干，偶有胃肠刺激症状、皮炎。
注意事项：
1.驾驶员、机械操作人员和运动员禁用。 2.肝功能减退者慎用。 3.急性中毒时可致嗜睡、眩晕和口、鼻、喉发干以及腹痛、腹泻、呕吐等。严重中毒者可致惊厥，继之中枢抑制。此时可用安定静注，忌用中枢兴奋药。 4.凡酚噻嗪类药物所需注意事项，均适用于本品。 5.光致敏者不能再用。
药物相互作用： 避免与度冷丁、阿托品多次合用。不宜与氨茶碱混合注射。
规格： 1.片剂：每片１２．５ｍｇ、２５ｍｇ。 2.针剂：每支２５ｍｇ（１ｍｌ）、５０ｍｇ（２ｍｌ）。
