In order to study the effects of refrigerant charge on the performance of a small-sized heat pump water heater,many experiments under different charge were carried out.

Trough experiments,the impacts of refrigerant charge amounts and capillary tube lengths on the refrigeration system was investigated,and a series of corresponding curves was drawn to find the optimal matching relations,and then according to the results of experiments,the influences of the refrigerant charge amounts and capillary tube lengths upon the performance of air conditioner was analyzed.
