Based on experiment on fine sulphur recovery from the sulfureted antimony slag,the best conditions for orthogonal experiment was found as follows:liquid-solid rate 10∶1 mL/g(leaching solvent to slag),heating time 15 minutes,leaching heating temperature 150(°C);separation heating temperature 130~140(°C) and cooling temperature 0(°C).
通过对从硫化锑矿渣中回收硫的实验研究,找出了正交试验的最佳条件:浸取剂I*与矿渣的液固比为10∶1(mL/g);加热时间15 min;浸取加热温度150°C;分离时加热温度130~140°C;急冷温度0°C;此时精细硫磺的回收率为96。
