合穴   五输穴之一。《灵枢·九针十二原》:“所入为合。”意为脉气自四肢末端至此,最为盛大,犹如水流合入大海。合穴多分布在肘、膝关节附近。其临床应用,《灵枢·顺气一日四时》曰:“经满而血者,病在胃及以饮食不节得病者,取之于合。”《难经·六十八难》又曰:“合主逆气而泄。”指合穴主要用于六腑病症。参见下合穴条。
