Study on the wetting of black smoke from coal-fired ceramic kilns by composite surfactant solutions;

The experiment on purification of black smoke from coal-fired ceramic kilns using surfactant solution was carried out,and results showed that under the condition of inlet dust-contained concentration of 800～1500mg/m3,gas velocity of 13～15m/s and liquid height of 30mm,the efficiency of dedusting was over 95%.

Based on traditional wet dedusting technology,few surfactants were added in the absorption solution,which can greatly improve absorption and removal ability of carbon black with prospective practical use to treat black smoke of industrial kilns.

In order to control soot pollution of reduction phase in copper refining furnace, based on technical principle of decreasing soot and combusting soot which has been made, emulsifying heavy oil,increasing emulsified oil temperature,improving mode of reductive oil,setting firebox in side flue to combust soot again are performed in soot control.

A reconstruction method of soot volume fraction and temperature distribution based on back-projection of flame image dual-channel intensities was proposed.
