Aiming at the problems existed at present in the quality control system (QCS) of paper-making process introduced from abroad, some profound researches on the QCS made by Measurex corporation of USA are done and its basic principles and detailed compensations to the on-line measurement of paper basis weight and moisture are analyzed.
针对国内早期从国外引进的抄纸过程质量控制系统(QCS)所存在的问题,对美国原Measurex公司生产的QCS进行了深入研究,分析了其进行纸张定量及水分在线检测的基本原理和详细补偿措施,给出了适合于Measurex公司定量及水分传感器的具体变送算法,并对算法进行了详尽的仿真分析。

Because of uncertainty coupling of several control variables during the paper-making process,the accurate maths model of finished paper s moisture is difficult to set up.

本文针对造纸过程控制中所使用的定量传感器精度较低和可靠性较差的问题,提出了利用多传感器间的冗余关系,实现对传感器的故障诊断和造纸过程定量环节的容错控制,仿真和实验均证实了该方法的有效性。
