| 软脂酸 palmitic acid 一种脂肪酸。分子式CH3（ CH2 ）14COOH。广泛存在于自然界中，几乎所有的油脂中都含有数量不等的软脂酸组分 。中国产的乌桕种子的乌桕油中，软脂酸的含量可高达60％以上，棕榈油中含量大约为40％，菜油中的含量则不足 2％ 。软脂酸为正构十六碳酸。白色鳞片状晶体，熔点63℃，沸点267℃(100毫米汞柱)，相对密度0.8527(62／4℃)。几乎不溶于水，易溶于热乙醇、乙醚、氯仿等有机溶剂，微溶于冷乙醇。商品软脂酸中含软脂酸约67％。软脂酸的钠盐或钾盐可作乳液聚合时的乳化剂，其铝盐和锌盐等用于润滑剂、涂料、油墨和增塑剂中。 |
