通过对1988,1997和2005年3个时相Landsat卫星遥感数据的解译,得到了胶州湾北部大沽河口地区3个年份的土地利用变化状况,对比研究表明:该区域人工建筑物面积不断扩大,耕地面积不断减少;1997年以后加大了对未利用土地的开垦力度,使耕地面积减少速度相对降低,而河口自然湿地面积不断减少,主要转变为耕地和养殖池,湿地生态环境遭到破坏。

主料： 河鳗
配料： 火腿片，香菇片，蛋黄糕片，鲜汤，海鲜酱
做法： 将活河鳗（1条重约650克）宰杀治净，剔下两扇净肉，改刀成4厘米长的段（共24段），并切成夹刀片，加腌料渍味后分别夹入火腿片、香菇片、蛋黄糕片，在盘中摆成三行（每行8段），上屉蒸10分钟左右，取出浇上用鲜汤、海鲜酱等料制成的味汁便可。
