In our study, the La_2O_3:Eu phosphors with a rather strong f-f transition excitation in near the UV region and the nanorod-shaped La_2O_2S:Eu phosphors with effective photoluminescence were successfully synthesized by citric acid (CA) and poly (ethylene glycol) (PEG) precursor route and microemulsion method with high temperature reduction, respectively.
本文采用溶胶-凝胶法、微乳法结合高温还原以及高温固相法分别成功合成了可长波紫外激发的La_2O_3:Eu荧光粉、纳米棒状La_2O_2S:Eu荧光粉和无激活剂离子的荧光粉La_2O_2CO_3体系。

性质:三基色荧光灯的蓝色荧光粉现使用Eu2+激活的铝酸盐体系和卤磷酸锶Sr5(PO4)Cl体系。铝酸盐体系分磁铅矿及类似磁铅矿结构和β-A12O3型结构的两种化合物,后者猝灭温度比前者高。Eu2+离子激活上述两类材料得到光谱不同的蓝色发光材料,实用为BaMgAll0O17:Eu蓝色磷光体。
