性质:白色结晶性粉末。熔点164-165℃,易溶于热水、乙醇、二甲基甲酰胺,不溶于醚、苯。无臭,味苦。

制备方法:由5-氟脲嘧啶和2-乙酰氧基四氢呋喃缩合而得,该法收率仅15%左右。另一生产方法是以5-氟脲嘧啶、六甲基二硅氨烷和三甲基氯硅烷为起始原料合成替加氟。

用途:该品是5-氟脲嘧啶的衍生物,作用和用途与5-氟脲嘧啶相同,但毒性较低,化疗指数高。在体内地经肝酶活化后转变为5-氟脲嘧啶而发挥抗癌作用。对胃癌、结肠癌、直肠癌、胰腺癌和乳腺癌、肺癌有效。
