(一)、工作前检查搓丝板、夹具应完好无崩损,安装正确,紧固牢靠。
(二)工作中认真做到:
1、料斗内不得混入切屑和脏物。加料不得过多。
2、如遇螺栓被卡在搓丝板间发生焖车时,只准用人工盘动飞轮来消除,不准开动设备。
