In this paper,it studies the transmission system of The Tipping Gear which are the key components of Aluminum Ingots Stacker in detail,and discusses the dynamic optimization in the application of the transmission system.

Based on the frame structure and the characteristic of force of 1LF—335 hydraulic reversible plough ,the force model about the finite element analysis was made, and the lode and constraints in both of the common lode case and meeting obstacle lode case were gained.

It is put forward that the hydraulic system is a grey one and its faults possess grey property because of the particularity of the ship hydraulic equipment and its faults,which lays a basis for using the grey system theory in fault diagnosis of hydraulic equipment.
