性质:又称有机物还原法,是拜耳公司生产氧化铁红颜料的中间产物—氧化铁黄和氧化铁黑颜料所采用的一种独特的工艺。在以单硝基苯制取苯胺时,采用金属铁屑作为还原剂,在整个反应过程中,铁被氧化成氧化铁黄(Fe2O3·H2O)或氧化铁黑(FeO·Fe2O3),此法具有一举两得的经济效果,且有减少污染,变废为宝的意义。
