In order to realize the ultra-precision grinding of aspheric mould,an ELID grinding system,which is based on the principle of parallel grinding and uses the trued and dressed spherical grinding wheel to realize the ultra-precision grinding of aspheric mould,is developed.
该系统应用平行法磨削原理,用整形后的球头砂轮进行非球面模芯的超精密磨削加工;利用非球面模芯工件本身的导电性能,以铸铁结合剂CBN砂轮作为阳极,以模芯本身作为阴极,通过ELID电源参数(电流、电压、占空比)的合理选择,解决了CBN球头砂轮的修锐,稳定地实现了小口径非球面模芯的ELID超精密磨削加工。

1． 范围
本标准规定了砂布砂纸磨削性能试验方法的内容：试验装置，试验条件，试样的制备，试验程序和试验结果的处理。
本标准适用于砂布，砂纸河耐水砂纸。
2． 试验装置
2.1 砂布砂纸磨削性能试验仪
a)磨削性能试验仪的磨盘端面跳动不大于0.05mm；
b) 磨削性能试验仪的磨盘转速为（320±5）r/min;
c)磨削轨迹：轨迹的环内经为（87±0.2）mm；环宽度为（16.5±0.4）mm。
2.2天平的分度值为0.01g
2.3恒温水浴锅
水温波动为±2℃。
3． 试验条件
砂布砂纸磨削性能试验条件应符合表1的规定。
