性质:由聚羟基乙酸纺制的特种合成纤维。纤维线密度3.3~11分特,密度1.5~1.6,熔点224~226℃,强度4.4~8.8厘米/分特,伸长率为15%~35%。纤维在碱性介质中不稳定,容易水解,因此可以作为手术缝线使用,在伤口恢复的7~11天内,强度不下降,60天后就能分解被体内吸收,无需再拔出丝条。
