钙胆汁
放射学术语。当胆囊内胆汁含有较多的碳酸钙时，腹部平片上即可见到有如胆囊造影的致密胆囊影像。钙胆汁形成的原因不十分清楚，一般认为与胆囊管梗阻和胆囊感染有关。临床表现为胆囊炎或胆结石的症状，多无黄疸，诊断需靠X线检查。平片上可见类似于胆囊造影时的胆囊影像，立位时可见液平，卧位片液平消失。致密的胆囊影像中常见阴性结石，也常有胆囊管结石，脂肪餐后胆囊影像无变化，胆囊造影时胆囊影像并不发生变化。CT检查同平片所见，不过比平片更敏感。
