本论文以大豆油为原料,对油脂氢化工业常用的三种Pricat镍催化剂进行了评价,优化了大豆油极度氢化工艺条件,并研究了选择性氢化条件对氢化油脂中反式脂肪酸种类以及含量的影响,主要结论如下: 在一定的催化剂浓度下,考察三种Pricat镍基催化剂对大豆油的氢化过程,结果表明,三种Pricat镍基催化剂的催化活性依次为9920型>9910型>9908型;Pricat9908型催化剂得到的氢化油脂塑性范围较窄,适合生产代可可脂类专用油脂产品;Pricat9910型催化剂和Pricat9920型催化剂进行大豆油的氢化,能得到塑性范围比较宽的氢化油脂产品,适合作为人造奶油和起酥油的基料油;Pricat9920型催化剂较适合极度氢化油的生产。
