【来源】
为桃金娘科植物番石榴的叶,植物形态详"番石榴干"条。
【采集】
采嫩叶晒干。
【化学成分】
叶含β-谷甾醇、三萜类。又含槲皮素、番石榴甙、无色矢车菊素、长生甙、番石榴酸、萹蓄甙(一说不含有)。并含挥发油丁香油酚等。
【性味】
《广西中药志》:"味甘涩,性平,无毒。"
【功用主治】
①《南宁市药物志》:"收敛止泻。治泄泻,久痢,湿疹,创伤出血。" ②广州部队《常用中草药手册》:"治皮肤湿疹,瘙痒,热痱。"
【用法与用量】
内服:煎汤,0.8~1.5钱(鲜者0.5~1两)。外用:煎水洗或捣敷。
【宜忌】
大便秘结、泻痢积滞未清者忌服。
【选方】
①治肠炎,痢疾:番石榴鲜叶一至二两,煎服。(《云南中草药选》) ②治跌打损伤,刀伤出血:番石榴鲜叶捣烂外敷患处。(广州空军《常用中草药手册》)
