风湿腹胀   证名。感受风湿,脾胃失调所致的腹胀。《症因脉治》卷三:“风湿腹胀之症,发热身重,不能转侧,一身尽痛,心腹胀满,外连头面,此风湿腹胀之症也。”治宜祛风化湿,胸前饱满重者,防风平胃散主之;身热恶风重者,羌独败毒散、荆芥汤主之;下身重滞肿者,五苓散主之;内外皆热重者,防风木通汤主之。
