This paper studied the PbOvolatilization and annealing effects on the microstructures,surface morphologies,preferredorientation and ferroelectric characteristics of lead zirconate titanate(PZT,Zr/Ti =52/48) fil ms,which were deposited on Si(100) and Pt(111)/Ti/Si O2/Si(100) substrates by a newreverse dip-coating method of sol-gel process.
通过一新的溶胶-凝胶工艺:反提拉涂膜方法,在Si(100)和Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si(100)基片上制备了PZT(Zr/Ti=52/48)铁电薄膜,并研究了退火工艺及其PbO的挥发对薄膜微结构、表面形貌、取向、及铁电性能的影响。

Cucumbers were soaked in the solution of chitosan,SiOx nanoparticals and single stearic acid glycerine ester to form a coating on the surface of the cucumbers,and the optimum ingredients of coating material were obtained.
采用壳聚糖、纳米SiOx及单甘酯作为复合涂膜剂,通过正交实验优化涂膜配方,对黄瓜进行涂膜处理,室温下对黄瓜进行失水率、硬度、叶绿素含量和Vc含量的测定,并且对复合涂膜的物理性能和抗菌性能进行测定。
