A GLM procedure was used to analyze the effects of these 18 microsatellites on wool traits.
利用微卫星技术对凉山半细毛羊核心育种群206个个体第1、2、3、9号染色体上的18个微卫星位点进行研究,检测其基因型,利用SAS程序下的GLM对18个微卫星位点与羊毛性状的关系进行方差分析和多重比较,结果发现7个微卫星位点对部分羊毛性状存在显著或极显著影响,同时,在这些位点上找到对羊毛性状有利的基因型。
