卵巢无性细胞瘤
来源于卵母细胞。国内报道发生率占卵巢原发恶性肿瘤的2%~4%,较国外报道少。大多发病在30岁以内。约10%为双侧。实性为主。多在10~20cm直径。切面棕褐色,有出血坏死。镜下瘤细胞很像原始生殖细胞。常合并其他生殖细胞肿瘤。临床表现主要为腹部包块。少数表现有两性畸形。治疗以手术为主,根据肿瘤分期及患者对生育的要求决定手术范围,以及术后是否辅以化疗或放疗。
