youtuanju fenxuan油团聚分选(011 agglomeration)向水悬浮液中添加疏水性粘性油，使微细矿粒从水悬浮液中转入油相中并形成球团，再加以分离回收的浮选方法，也称球团聚分选。油团聚分选采用称为桥键液体的疏水性粘性油，选择性地粘附有用矿物颗粒，使之在搅拌条件下形成球团。为使有用矿粒表面疏水，以便为桥键液体所润湿，需在加粘性油之前先加捕收剂。通过油团聚生成的球团较密实，可用筛分法或水洗法分出。影响球团聚过程的主要因素是油和捕收剂的种类和用量、搅拌时间和搅拌强度等。油团聚分选比常规浮选能回收更细的矿粒，已在试验室及中间试验工厂用于研究和处理金、锡、铁、重晶石、磷灰石和煤等，并已在加拿大用于回收细煤粒的生产，但主要由于用油量大，在工业上仍未得到广泛应用。为扩大应用，需进一步研究解决油的回收利用;在条件允许时，也可将油作为球团产品后续工序的燃料使用。 (石大新)
