daowei zhuangzhi导卫装置(guides and guards)在型材轧制过程中引导轧件按所需要的状态进出孔型,以保证轧件实现既定的变形的装置(也叫诱导装置或轧辊辅件)。不论轧制任何断面的型材,几乎在所有孔型的入口和出口都要使用导卫装置。导卫装置的设计和使用是否得当,直接影响到产品的质量和轧机的生产能力。尽管孔型设计合理,如果导卫装置的设计或使用不当,也不能轧出合格的成品,并可能造成刮切轧件、挤钢、缠辊,甚至造成断辊或更严重的设备事故和人身事故。导卫装置设计和调整得好,有时还能弥补孔型设计的不足,如轧制角钢和槽钢时,若边长不合格,可用导卫装置来调整。导卫装置通常包括横梁、导板、卫板、夹板、导板箱、托板、扭转导板、扭转辊、围盘、导管和其他诱导、夹持轧件或使轧件在孔型以外产生既定变形和扭转等的各种装置。 (成友义)
