寒禁 出《痘疮经验良方》。禁疮之一。痘疮初发热时，误用冷水洗浴；或衣被单薄，感寒邪，以致痘不宣露，手足麻木，不知痛痒，四肢冷痛，不能举动，其麻木冷痛之处，不出痘子，惟于委曲，避风之处，或头面发际上痘出如瘾疹者，称为寒禁。治宜温经散寒，用升麻、丁香、肉桂、川芎等。
