又称“常温下暂时性全肝入肝血流阻断法”、“Pringle法”。方法:游离肝十二指肠韧带,并绕一条带或橡皮管缩紧,以阻断全肝入肝血流。然后按预定的切肝线切开包膜、离断肝实质。肝切除后再将肝门控制带或橡皮管放松取出,恢复入肝血流。为目前最常用的肝切除方式。
