性质:经压延机压延的胶片,压延方向的拉伸强力大、伸长率小、收缩大,而横向拉伸强力小、伸长率大、收缩小,这种力学方向性称为胶料的压延效应。这主要是橡胶大分子链及针状配合剂在辊筒压延时顺压延方向排列取向的结果,这种效应会造成压延半成品变形。提高压延胶料温度、增加可塑度及降低压延速度,均可减小压延效应。
