选择出最适合的加工方法。(娜新广)加工精度(maehining aeeuraey)零件经加工后其尺寸及几何形状等参数的实际数值和它的理想数值相符合的程度。相符合的程度愈高,则加工精度愈高,亦即加工误差愈小。反之亦然。机械的整机精度与所组成的各个零件的加工精度有直接的关系,因而零件的加工精度是决定机械性能及寿命的重要因家。 加工精度的内容包括三个方面:零件各加工表面的尺寸精度、几何形状梢度及各个表面之间的位置精度。影响加工精度的主要因家有:理论误差、机床的精度及磨损、夹具的精度及磨损、刀具的精度及磨损、工件的安装误差、工艺系统弹性变形所引起的误差、工艺系统热变形所引起的误差、工件内应力所引起的误差、侧t误差及调整误差等。 采用同一种加工方法在不同的条件下所能达到的精度会不一样,一般来说达到的精度愈高则成本愈高.而生产率就愈低。一种加工方法只有在一定的精度范围内才是经济的,此一定范围的精度即为这种加工方法的经济精度。在农机产品制造中,根据所要求的加工精度与不同加工方法所能达到的经济精度相比较,
