In order to study thymol amassment characteristic of Moslem chinensis Maxim in different vegetation periods,supercritical CO2 extraction technology was used to extract main components of Moslem chinensis Maxim,and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to analyze thymol content in Moslem chinensis Maxim extract.
采用CO2超临界萃取技术提取不同生长期石香薷的主要成分,通过高效液相色谱法分析提取物中百里香酚的含量,研究石香薷不同生长期百里香酚积蓄特性;结果表明:在石香薷生长过程中,百里香酚的积蓄特性与CO2超临界萃取物的含量呈正相关,百里香酚的积蓄可分为缓慢积蓄期、快速积蓄期、稳定期三个时期,缓慢积蓄期石香薷中百里香酚增长慢、含量低,快速积蓄期百里香酚含量呈直线增长,总积蓄量明显上升,稳定期百里香酚积蓄速度极低,含量达到最大值后基本稳定不变。
