性质:是基于大量的天然曝露试验的结果,在实验室内人为地模拟气候的种种破坏因素,并给予一定的强化,以克服天然曝露试验需时过长的不足。强化包括光源(日光以紫外线灯代替,紫外线区的光线对材料的破坏性最大),温度(温度升高也促使漆膜加速老化),湿度(使紫外线照射的破坏作用增强),氧气(氧化作用促进老化引起的漆膜龟裂、漆膜失光)等方面。强化包括以紫外线光代替日光;以高温高湿代替常温常湿,以氧气代替空气,这些都可加速对漆膜的破坏,在短期内得到结果,但人工加速老化试验往往与天然曝晒试验的结果不完全一致,但在没有更好的办法之前,这仍不失为研究涂膜耐老化性能的一个捷径。
