METHODS An enantioselective and sensitive achiral-chiral chromatographic assay employing Hypersil BDS-C18 column for preseparation and chiral-AGP column for enantioselective analysis was developed for the determination of the enantiomers of cetirizine in human plasma following an oral administration of capsules (20 mg cetirizine dihydrochloride) to 12 healthy male subjects.
