神经管
neural tube
神经系统的主要原基。胚3周末,在脊索的诱导下,胚盘背侧外胚层细胞迅速增厚、增宽,称神经极。不久,神经极两侧隆起形成神经褶。两褶中央凹陷成神经沟。神经沟不断加深,于胚4周末,两侧神经褶逐渐靠拢并愈合成一条中空的神经管,与外胚层脱离而埋入中胚层组织中。神经管前端发育为脑,后部发育为脊髓。
