性质:主链为直接互相连接的Si-Si原子,硅原子上带有R基的化合物。有线型、环状和梯型等构型,结晶性较强。Si-Si键的键能低、易水解和卤化。一般用相应二氯硅烷用钠脱氯制得。聚二甲基硅烷是用二甲基二氯硅烷滴到分散有钠微粒的甲苯中制得。不溶不熔的聚二甲基硅烷于400℃高温下加B(OSiCl3)3转位成可熔的聚碳硅烷作为硅碳纤维前驱体。聚二苯基硅烷可作光致抗蚀剂。由二甲基二氯硅烷与苯基甲基二氯硅烷共聚的聚硅烷可以生成可溶可熔的聚硅烷,故可纺丝和成膜。
