By means of fumigating two years old seedlings in open top chambers,this paper studied the effect of automobile exhaust on proline content,relative conductivity,malondialdehyde content(MDA) superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and peroxidase(POD) activity,in the seedlings foliage of four tree species Buxus sinica Cheng,Aesculus chinensis Bunge.
结果表明:随着处理浓度的增加,4个树种叶片各指标变化模式不同,SOD、POD酶活性变化趋势相似,均先上升后下降;MDA和相对电导率的变化趋势均整体上升,说明尾气对质膜造成了伤害;脯氨酸含量的变化未表现出规律性。
