In order to study the rules of biodegradation and transformation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),naphthalene was used as a research object and a naphthalene-degrading strain with high activity was isolated from soil polluted by cooking oil,which was identified and named Hydrogenophaga Palleronii LHJ38.
