The oil-absorption resins are prepared by suspension copolymerization of monomer butyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate,with N,N′-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent,benzoyl peroxide as initiator,polyvinyl alcohol as dispersing agent and water as disperal phase in this paper.
以甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为单体、N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂、过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂、聚乙烯醇为分散剂、水为分散介质,采用悬浮聚合法制备了自溶胀型的吸油树脂,并通过正交实验考察了交联剂、致孔剂对树脂吸油性能的影响。

The results showed that oil-absorption resin had better oil absorption rate after melting agent extraction when adding melting porogenic agent,which approved the dependent of oil-absorption resin to pole structure of resin.

A oil absorptive resin was synthesized by suspension copolymerization with ethylene-propylene terpolymer(EPDM)and 4-tert-butylstyrene(tBS)as monomers,benzo- yl peroxide(BPO)as initiator,divinylbenzene(DVB)as crosslink agent,gelatin and trical- cium phosphate as dispersion agents,toluene and cyclohexane as solvent.
以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、4-叔丁基苯乙烯(tBS)为单体,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,二乙烯苯(DVB)为交联剂,明胶和磷酸三钙为分散稳定剂,甲苯和环己烷为溶剂,采用悬浮法合成了吸油树脂。
