目晕 目晕   病证名。其义有二:   ①指沿黑睛与白睛交界处出现的灰白色环状混浊。《诸病源候论》卷二十八:“五脏六腑之精华,皆上注于目,目为肝之外候。肝藏血,血气不足,则肝虚,致受风邪,风邪搏于精气,故精气聚生于白睛之上,绕于黑睛之际,精彩昏浊,黑白不明审,谓之目晕。”   ②指患眼观灯光时有红绿色彩环围绕。清·黄庭镜《目经大成》卷二:“此目别无甚病,但见灯视月及隙漏之处,则有碗大一圈环影睛外,其色内青红而外紫绿,绝似日华月晕,故曰目晕。大意水衰不能制火,水火相射,则乖戾之气激而上浮,故能无中生有。……凡人劳极久视,废眠强起,便有此弊,可暂而不可常,须四君合补水宁神立愈。或平气和衷汤进一、二剂亦妙。”本病类今称之虹视现象。应积极治疗。如延误失治,常导致失明。
