| 压力计 pressure gage 测量流体压力的仪器。通常都是将被测压力与某个参考压力(如大气压力或其他给定压力)进行比较，因而测得的是相对压力或压力差。按工作原理不同可分为液柱式、弹性式和传感器式3种形式。液柱式如U型管压力计、排管压力计等，是根据流体静力学原理将压力信号转变为液柱高度信号，常使用水、酒精或水银作为测压工质。弹性式如包登管压力计，将压力信号转变为弹性元件的机械变形量，以指针偏转的方式输出信号。工业系统中多使用此类压力计。压力传感器的原理是将压力信号转变为某种电信号，如应变式，通过弹性元件变形而导致电阻变化；压电式，利用压电效应等。液柱式压力计结构简单，灵敏度和精确度都高，常用于校正其他类型压力计，缺点是体积大、反应慢、难于自动测量。弹性式压力计使用方便、测压范围大，但精度较低，同样不能自动测量。各种压力传感器均能小型化，比较精确和快速测量，尤能测量动态压力，实现多点巡回检测、信号转换、远距离传输、与计算机相连接、适时处理等，因而得到迅速发展和广泛应用。 |
