【来源】
为菊科植物黑沙蒿的茎叶及花蕾。
【植物形态】
黑沙蒿 半灌木,高50~100厘米。茎自基部分枝成丛生状,无明显主茎,当年生枝条紫红色,老枝暗灰色。叶较小,无柄,羽状全裂,裂片2~3对,肉质,无毛,线状或丝状,长1.5~3厘米,宽约1毫米,先端有小突尖,黄绿色;上部叶3裂或不裂。头状花序呈卵形,排列成圆锥状,直径2~3毫米;总苞黄绿色;全为管状花,淡黄色,甚小。瘦果小,卵形。种子黑色,长形。花期7~9月。果期10月。 生于固定沙丘或半固定沙丘上。分布内蒙古、陕西、宁夏、甘肃、青海等地。 本植物的根(黑沙蒿根)、种子(黑沙蒿子)亦供药用,各详专条。
【采集】
茎叶4~8月采;嫩梢及花蕾5~7月采。鲜用或晒干。
【性味】
《内蒙古中草药》:"辛苦;微温。"
【功用主治】
祛风湿,提脓拔毒。治风湿性关节炎,感冒,咽痛,疮疖痈肿。 ①《内蒙古中草药》:"茎叶:去风湿,消热消肿。治风湿性关节炎,咽喉肿痛。" ②《中国沙漠地区药用植物》:"叶:捣烂外敷疮疖痈肿可提早化脓开口,具拔脓作用。"
【用法与用量】
内服:煎汤,3~5钱。外用:捣敷或作发泡剂。
【选方】
①治风湿性关节炎:㈠黑沙蒿叶、鲜枝及花蕾捣烂,外敷痛处,至发痒起泡为止,将泡挑破流出黄水,用消毒纱布包扎,防止感染,以夏季伏天用效果最好。(《中国沙漠地区药用植物》)㈡黑沙蒿茎叶、老鹳草各五钱,马先蒿三钱。水煎服。(《内蒙古中草药》) ②治感冒头痛:黑沙蒿花蕾三钱,水煎服。(《中国沙漠地区药用植物》)
