【性状】
本品为糖衣片，除去糖衣后显淡蓝绿色。
【鉴别】
取本品，除去糖衣，研细，称取适量（约相当于硫酸亚铁0.2g），加稀 盐酸1 滴与水20ml，振摇使硫酸亚铁溶解，滤过，滤液显亚铁盐与硫酸盐的鉴别反应（ 附录Ⅲ）。
【检查】
应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品10片，置200ml 量瓶中，加稀硫酸60ml与新沸过的冷水适量， 振摇使硫酸亚铁溶解，用新沸过的冷水稀释至刻度，摇匀，用干燥滤纸迅速滤过，精密 量取续滤液30ml，加邻二氮菲指示液数滴，立即用硫酸铈滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定。每1ml 硫酸铈滴定液(0.1mol/L)相当于27.80mg 的FeSO4.7H2O。
