两根胡萝卜洗净去皮切成滚刀块；一根玉米剥去苞衣和须，洗净把它分成四小段。
不用说，排骨事先要焯水去血腥的，然后用冷水开始慢慢的煲排骨，听说滴几许醋可以让蛋白质溶解的更充分，不妨试试，大凡煲骨头汤别忘放几片姜一起熬。
我煲汤一般用二小时或二个半小时，当排骨在水中烧沸后，将火关小继续煲，然后去上网聊天，汤熬至一个小时后，将玉米段放入汤锅盖好盖儿，再去看看电视新闻，大概半小时后，再放入胡萝卜块，去学习心理学，再熬上一个小时，汤就很鲜甜可口了，关火前放一勺盐。
捞出排骨，用海天生抽蘸着吃，好鲜嫩哇，汤好有营养，玉米给熬的什么味儿都没了，但清甜已经溶在汤液里了，吃不吃玉米就随个人意愿吧。
在广东，这款汤是家常汤，好象在北方。。。。。。没有太多的人喝过耶？真是好好喝好好味哎。
