A kind of new viscosity reducer for crude oil with high viscosity,MSA copolymer,was synthesised.
通过自制的降粘剂单体（丙烯酸高级酯）与其它单体共聚合成了新型的高粘原油降粘剂：马来酸酐—苯乙烯—丙烯酸高级酯（ＭＳ）三元共聚物，研究了降粘剂合成工艺以及降粘剂的单体配比、加入量、分子量、加入温度等因素对降粘效果的影响，得出了最佳配方与合成工艺条件。

To reach the requirement of viscosity reducer for different application conditions, three kinds of surfactants, including carboxylate type surfactant, nonion-sulfate surfactant, and nonion-carboxylate type surfactant were synthesized by the saponifcation of oil resin, the reaction of polyoxyethylated castor oil (EL) and aminosulfonic acid as well as the reaction of OP and chloroacetic acid.
基于不同使用条件对稠油降粘剂的要求,通过油脚皂化、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油(EL)与氨基磺酸反应、OP表面活性剂与氯乙酸反应合成了羧酸盐型、非离子-硫酸酯盐、非离子-羧酸盐三类表面活性剂。
