补充资料:涩脉
      往来涩滞而无滑润感,脉搏起伏较徐缓,指下如轻刀刮竹状艰涩不畅的脉象。涩脉主气滞、血瘀、津亏、血少。因津亏血少,不能濡养经脉,血行不畅,脉气往来艰涩,故脉涩无力。如慢性出血、遗精、阳痿、肢体麻木、心痛肢冷等,常见脉涩无力。属虚证。若气滞血瘀,气机不畅,血行受阻,则脉涩而有力。如腹中包块,症瘕积聚等,常见脉涩有力,属实证。临床上,涩脉的形成,主要是因血液黏滞性和黏稠度的增大,常可测得涩脉者全血比黏度、全血还原黏度、血球压积值均增高,血沉值降低。血液流动性减弱,外周阻力增大,血流缓慢,遂呈涩脉。可见于高脂血症、红细胞增多症、动脉硬化,及严重吐泻脱水者。涩脉与细脉兼见,主严重吐泻而津亏血少,不仅有脱水,且有休克之象,其血容量严重不足。涩脉与弦脉兼见,则主气滞血瘀,可见于冠心病、肺心病、动脉硬化、高脂血症等。如这类疾病并见心律失常,则可呈涩脉与结脉相兼的脉象。在临床上,涩脉需与迟脉、结脉相鉴别。迟脉以脉率小(每分钟59次以下)为特征,脉势并无艰涩不畅感;而涩脉以往来艰涩为特征,脉率可以正常。涩脉的脉律规整,无歇止脉,结脉则脉有歇止,脉率小,容易鉴别。滑脉与涩脉在脉形、脉势上相反:滑脉往来流利,起伏快,有圆滑流畅指感;而涩脉则往来艰涩,起伏慢,有如轻刀刮竹的不畅感。
