醋酸钠学名乙酸钠,化学式CH3COONa·3H2O,分子量136.08。无色透明晶体,密度1.45g/cm3,58.3℃溶于结晶水,123℃时失去结晶水,无水物密度1.528g/cm3,熔点324℃,易溶于水,水解,溶液呈弱碱性,稍溶于乙醇。用做分析试剂、媒染剂、缓冲剂、染料合成、影片洗印,肉类防腐等。用碳酸钠或氢氧化钠跟醋酸反应制取。
