性质:以氟碳树脂为成膜物质的涂料。氟碳树脂以牢固的C-F键为骨架,同其他树脂相比,其耐热性、耐化学品性、耐寒性、低温柔韧性、耐候性和电性能等均较好,且由于其结晶性好,故具有不黏附性、不湿润性。广泛应用于厨房和烹调用具,造型模具,机械滑动部分、食品、纺织、造纸等工业用机械的高级卷材涂料,各种罐类、输送管线、泵类、反应釜、换热器及精密器械等的涂装及衬里方面。由于氟碳树脂均系高熔点(180~380℃),不溶于溶剂的固态树脂,故制成水或溶剂的分散型涂料,用喷涂、静电喷涂、幕式淋涂、辊涂等方式涂装,或作成粉末涂料,用静电喷涂或流化床浸涂法涂装。
