性质:指用乳液聚合法制备的一种聚氯乙烯树脂。1%二氯乙烷溶液20℃是绝对黏度为(1.6~2.4)×10-3Pa·s。与苯二甲酸二辛酯以1:1配成之糊,搁置24h后黏度为3~10Pa·s。由氯乙烯在水,乳化剂,氧化-还原引发剂存在和搅拌下进行聚合,形成胶乳,再经喷雾干燥而得。还可分为一般乳液聚合、种子乳液聚合、连续乳液聚合等工艺。大部分产品用于配制聚氯乙烯糊,进行各种糊加工成型。另外可用烧结法制蓄电隔水层微孔隔板。
